Mission Statement

At Anointing Nations, our mission is to walk in the transformational love of Jesus Christ, guided by the Holy Spirit, as we carry and extend the Kingdom of God in our community and throughout the world. We are committed to cultivating an environment where individuals encounter the presence of God, are empowered to fulfill their God-given destiny, and grow in revelation of their union with God our Father, His Son Jesus Christ, and The Holy Spirit. We declare the Gospel of Jesus Christ, disciple believers, and extend the Kingdom of God through acts of love, compassion, and forgiveness, overflowing in the Holy Spirit and rooted in the perfect Word of God.

Belief Statement

We believe in One God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, perfect in holiness, wisdom, goodness, justice, power, and love. Our faith is founded on the infallible Word of God, which guides our lives and our ministry. We believe that Yeshua Mashiach (Jesus Christ), the Son of God, lived a sinless life, died for our sins, was resurrected, ascended, and is enthroned at the right hand of the Father, where He rules and intercedes for us. The Person of the Holy Spirit empowers us for ministry, convicts us of sin, and leads us into all truth. We believe in the family of believers as the body of Christ, called to proclaim reconciliation to Father God and to make disciples of all nations. Our ultimate hope is in the eminent return of Christ, the resurrection of the dead, and the establishment of God's eternal Kingdom.

Foundational Truths

  • The Bible is the inspired Word of God, a divine revelation that is infallible, foundational, and authoritative in all matters of faith and conduct. It is our sole guide for living a life that honors God and reflects His character.
  • Scripture, as outlined in 2 Tim 3:15-17, provides us with wisdom for salvation, equips us for every good work, and is breathed out by God, making it uniquely authoritative for the Church.
  • 1 Thes 2:13 and 2 Pet 1:21 affirm that the words of Scripture were not merely human ideas but were inspired by the Holy Spirit, making them trustworthy and applicable to every generation.

We believe in one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, co-equal in power and glory, yet distinct in function and relationship. (Gen 1:26-27, Deut 6:4, Matt 28:19, Mk 12:29, 2 Cor 13:14)

  • Yah is our eternal Father who is co-equal with the Son Jesus Christ and The Holy Spirit. He is spirit and over all and through all and in all (Gen 1:26-27, Jn 4:24, Eph 4:6, Mat 23:9, Gal 4:6, 1 Jn 3:1-2).
  • We are His children by faith through Jesus Christ and made in His image and likeness (Gal 3:26, Gen 1:26-27, Is 64:8).
  • Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God co-equal with the Father and The Holy Spirit, fully divine and fully human, who lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died for our sins, was resurrected, ascended, and is seated enthroned at the right hand of the Father, as outlined in Col 1:15-19 and Phil 2:5-8.
  • His deity is affirmed in 1 Tim 2:5-6 and Jn 1:1-3, 14-18, making Him the perfect Mediator between God and humanity, and His atoning work on the cross provides the only means of reconciliation with God.

The Holy Spirit is the third person of the Godhead, co-equal with the Father and the Son, who teaches, convicts, comforts, and empowers believers, as detailed in Matt 3:11 and Jn 14:16-17, 26.

  • Humanity was created in God's image, but through Adam's voluntary transgression, sin entered the world, resulting in physical and spiritual death, as recorded in Gen 1:26-27, Gen 2:17, and Gen 3:6.
  • The consequences of the fall are universal, as explained in Rom 5:12-19, leaving all people in need of redemption through the Blood of Jesus Christ.
  • Salvation is received as a free gift through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, resulting in regeneration and justification by grace through faith, as described in Lk 24:47, Jn 3:3, Rom 10:13-15, Eph 2:8, Tit 2:11, and Tit 3:5-7.
  • The inward evidence of salvation is the direct witness of the Holy Spirit (Rom 8:16), and the outward evidence is a life of righteousness and true holiness (Eph 4:24, Tit 2:12), reflecting the transformative power of God's grace.
  • The Church observes the ordinance of water baptism as instructed in Matt 28:19 and 1 Pet 3:21. Baptism by water immersion unifies us with Christ's death, burial, and resurrection and unifies us with other Believers (Rom 6:3-4, Col 2:12, 1 Cor 12:13). Water Baptism isn’t merely symbolic, but is spiritually powerful and transformational.
  • The Baptism of the Holy Spirit, as experienced by the early church in Acts 1:8 and Acts 2, provides believers with power to be witnesses, equipping them with spiritual gifts for ministry and service. This Baptism is ministered by Jesus Christ Himself as established in Lk 3:16 and John 1:33.
  • Through the ordinance of Communion we remember Christ’s body that He willingly gave and His Blood that He poured out for us as established in Lk 22:7-20 and 1 Cor 11:17-30.
  • Communion brings freedom and healing; strengthening our faith and unity as believers (1 Cor 10:16, Is 53:4-5).
  • Those who die in their sins face eternal punishment in the Lake of Fire, while believers enjoy eternal life with God, as warned in Heb 9:27, Matt 25:31-46, Mk 9:43-48, and Mk 16:15-16.
  • This reality underscores the urgency of the Gospel message, compelling us to share the good news of salvation with all people, knowing that God’s heart is that none would perish, but that all should reach repentance (2 Pet 3:9).
  • There will be a final judgment where the dead will be raised and judged, resulting in eternal punishment or eternal life, as described in Matt 25:46, Mk 9:43-48, Rev 19:20, Rev 20:11-15, and Rev 21:8.
  • This judgment underscores the justice of God and the seriousness of our response to His grace, calling us to live lives that reflect His righteousness and love.
  • The resurrection of believers and their translation at the coming of the Lord is the imminent and blessed hope of the Church, as promised in 1 Thes 4:16-17, Rom 8:23, Tit 2:13, and 1 Cor 15:51-52.
  • This hope fills us with joy and anticipation, knowing that we will be with Christ forever, and it strengthens our resolve holding this promise in our heart.
  • We look forward to the new heavens and the new earth, where righteousness dwells, and God is worshiped forever, as revealed in 2 Pet 3:13 and Rev 21-22.
  • This eternal hope inspires us to live in anticipation of God's perfect Kingdom, where there will be no more pain, suffering, or death, but only joy in the presence of our Lord.
  • The Kingdom of God is central, representing God's rule and reign, which is both present and future, as demonstrated in Matt 4:23, Matt 6:10, Matt 12:28, and Rom 14:17-18.
  • We are called to live as citizens of this Kingdom, embodying its values of love, forgiveness, giving, peace, and proclaiming its reality through our words and actions.

  • As a family of believers we are committed to fulfilling the Great Commission by making disciples of all nations, equipping the saints for ministry, and reconciling people back to God their Father.
  • The 5-fold ministry offices of apostle, prophet, evangelist, shepherd/pastor, and teacher, as described in Eph 4:11-13, are essential for equipping the saints, building up the body of Christ, and bringing it to maturity so each believer will minister.
  • There are a diversity of ministries and the gifts that are in operation confirm the ministry offices of apostle, prophet, evangelist, shepherd/pastor, and teacher (1 Cor 12:4-5, 2 Cor 12:12).
  • These gifts are not merely roles but are divine callings for men and women that ensure the Church functions effectively, with each member contributing to the growth and health of the community, as supported by 1 Cor 12:28, Acts 13:1, 14:4, 15:32, 21:9, Rom 16:7, Phil 4:3, Jud 4:4, Luke 2:36-38, Ex 15:20).

  • These gifts are to be eagerly desired and exercised in love, as instructed in 1 Cor 14:1, to build up the body of Christ, demonstrate God's power, and serve as confirmation of His Word, His authority, His Kingdom, and His presence among us.
  • Revival is a divine intervention where God ministers to His people in a supernatural way, leading to repentance, spiritual fervency, and lives forever changed.
  • Prayer is the lifeblood of revival, and we are committed to fostering a culture of fervent prayer, seeking God's presence and power, as encouraged in Acts 1:14 and 1 Thes 5:17, to see His Kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven.

It is the primary duty of all Christians to preach the Gospel and minister, with signs following confirming the message (i.e. casting out demons, healing the sick, raising the dead, speaking in new tongues) Mk 16:15-20, Mat 10:8

  • Human life is sacred and created in God's image, and marriage is defined as the union of one man and one woman.
  • We are called to honor and protect human life at all stages and to uphold the biblical definition of marriage, reflecting God's design for relationships (Gen 1:26-27; Ps 139; Gen 2:18-25; Eph 5:21-33; 1 Cor 6:18; 7:2-5; Heb 13:4).
  • Divine healing is an integral part of the Gospel, provided through the Atonement, encompassing physical, emotional, and financial well-being, as promised in Isa 53:4-5, 1 Pet 2:24, 1 Jn 2, and 2 Cor 8:9.
  • We believe that God desires to heal and prosper His people, and we seek to pray for the sick and support the needy, trusting in His provision and faithfulness to His promises.
  • We believe in the mandate to evangelize and engage in missionary work, reaching out to the lost and sharing the Gospel both locally and globally.
  • Our commitment to evangelism is rooted in the Great Commission, driving us to spread the message of salvation and to serve others in love (Acts 1:8; Matt 28:19-20).

We believe personal and communal prayer and worship are vital for communion with God, spiritual growth, and the advancement of His Kingdom, inviting His presence and power into our lives and community (Ps 100:2, Matt 6:9-13, John 4:23-24, Phil 4:6-7).

  • Discipleship is a lifelong journey of becoming more like Christ, involving learning, growing, and living out the Word of God in every area of life.
  • We are dedicated to nurturing believers in their faith, providing resources and opportunities for spiritual growth and maturity (Matt 28:19-20; 2 Tim 2:2).

Through Christ, believers have access to intimate relationship with God and this union empowers and transforms believers, making it possible for them to live as Jesus lived (Jn 17:21-23, Col 2:9-10, 1 Jn 2:6).

Christians are called to reflect God's manifest presence in their daily lives. His presence brings transformation and hope to others (2 Cor 4:7, Col 3:17).

  • Relational obedience is an expression of love for God and leads us into God’s best for us.
  • His commands were given out of love for us (Ps 119:47-48, Jn 14:15, Deut 11).

Believers are called to gather for mutual support and encouragement. As we gather, we strengthen our faith, foster growth, and fan into flame what God has placed inside of us (Pr 27:17, Heb 10:24-25, Acts 2:42, 2 Tim 1:6).
